2. Working Principle & Process Flow
The machine adopts photoelectric induction and servo fixed-length conveying technology. The finished fresh bags are transported regularly through the conveyor belt. The high-precision photoelectric sensor automatically identifies and counts the number of bags. After reaching the preset quantity, the machine automatically stops feeding and completes quantitative grouping. At the same time, the vacuum suction cup mechanism automatically opens the outer packaging bag, and the conveying device sends the grouped fresh bags into the outer bag. Finally, the constant-temperature heat-sealing system completes edge sealing and tail sealing, and the finished products are automatically output and stacked. The whole process runs continuously and cyclically without manual intervention.
Working flow: Finished bag feeding → automatic sorting and arrangement → photoelectric accurate counting → quantitative grouping → vacuum automatic bag opening → automatic bag inserting → constant temperature heat sealing → finished product discharging.
