The machine has the chain auto feeding design to feed materail stably. Applying the sensors to monitor the transport, it will alarm when lack of material. Applying the 2 directions search position design, the collation accuracy is 0.1mm. Aplying 2 sets of ultrasonic welding to make sure the sheets welding accurately. Applying the guide screw and servo system to ensure high speed runing stably and long life. The maintenance is easy. Applying sensors position for top and bottom sheets, the middle sheet could apply sensor or edge position. It is modular design, could connect the overlay machine and dust remover system to be one production line.

This machine is used for collating the card sheets. It is auto loading, collating, apply high accurate sensor to make the locations and using the ultrasonic welding, the collation accuracy is 0.1mm. It could be used for different kinds of banking cards / social insurance cards sheets to make accurate collation. Only one operator could run the machine effectively and fast.
