Features:

1. Applying the chain lift design for feeders to ensure the running stably. Applying the sensor to check punching material, ensure every sheet to punching stably. 

2. Applying the high resolution camera to make the position, make sure the punching accuracy reaches ±0.1mm.

3. Applying the high accuracy guide screw to make the materail running stably and accurately. 

4. Using the PC and Camera System to make the same distance punching or mark punching. The punching accuracy is  ±0.1mm. It also works well with lamination deformed sheet, and reduces the defected cards. 

5. Sorting function: the machine could place each card of the sheet into the corresponding card output. It could save the manpower. 

6. Output unit: the number of output could be customized. It is from 1 to 32 output boxes. It could solve the issue with mixed cards sheet. 

7.  The machine could check the chip types, it could reject the NG chips cards, and make sure one type of chip on the good cards.
