Features:

1. Auto Feeding Roll

The machine is easy to operate, high speed and stable, applying the PLC control and printing paper feeder. 

2. Dust Cleaning and Press Unit

Applying double  brush spool and heat press to clean the paper dust effectively, and reduce the nozzle block, improve the printing quality. 

3. Side Position Unit

Apply long press ball position, make the position accurately. The accuracy could be ±0.5mm. The ultrasonic double sheets controller to make the inspection more accurately.            

4.Vacuum Suck Table Unit

Vacuum table area is up to 1900mm, it could make sure the big sheet could be printed. Applying the wide vacuum belt to make the paper evenly and stably. Applying low noise and fast speed fan to apply different kind of weight paper. 

5. Dry Unit (Deponds on the printing system)

   Infrared Unit:

   Dry unit power: 6 KW, use the PID control, the temperature could be adjusted. 

   Applying teflon net belt to withstand high temperatures. 

   Applying the cycle heat wind to make the dry fastly. 

   The dry unit could be up and down by cylinder. 

LED UV Dryer:

      Applying the water cooling system to ensure the printing on the paper drying under low termperature. It could save 70% energy compare with traditional UV light. And it is also low power and high span life. 

6.Blow Unit

    Adding the blow unit to make the ink dry fast and also make the paper temperature lower. 

    The dry unit cylinder could be up to avoid the paper jam. 

7. Reject box (optional, and it requires the online checking system)

       It could reject the repeated numbers, missing numbers and unrecognized code paper into the waste box. It ensures the printing quality. 

8. Auto Collecting Unit

   Auto stack collecting unit. 

   Applying the air push system to make the paper stack tidily.
