 Static Products: avoiding the sheets attached together because static, could reduce the double sheets. 

 Dust Remover: do the cleaning for the top and bottom sheets, avoid the dirty on the lamination. 

 Double sheets checking:  the machine will stop when 2 more sheets feeding. 

Appying Area: 

This machine is applied for collating the card sheets, it could support more sheet edge collation. Using the touch screen to make the operation easily. Applying the ultrasonic devices to make the welding fast, the welding thickness could reach 1mm. It could apply for multi thickness and material collation. Applying the sensors to check the transfer / collation process / output stack. It has warnings and stop protection function. One operator runs the machine effectively.
